PETITION - Theodorakis' SPITHA Against The Sellout Of Greece

We, the Greek citizens who sign this petition, declare that:

  1) The three-party troika -  government (PASOK-ND-DI.MAR) isn’t entitled to sign over, rent, sell, bind, grant, privatize, offer as bond or mortgage  any public and national asset, business or contractual right or any right stems from international treaties and conventions. The Asset Development Fund is not entitled to serve as a smokescreen for these government projects. The Fund’s Board and the government of the minority will be accountable to the People.

  2) As Greek citizens, and only owners of the country’s Public Wealth and its rights which stem from international treaties and conventions, we do not grant to anyone our rights over the public and national wealth nor authorize anyone to exercise them instead of us and especially at this time that our country is under the regime of Troika and IMF. We believe that any action for sale, rental, grant, privatization, bind, "utilization", offer as bond, mortgage national asset  or any other action with similar effect, TREACHEROUS  to the People and the Nation. Whichever relevant act is done or will be done, we believe that it is void as false and not done and we report it as such.

  3) As Greek citizens, we do not grant to anyone the right to sell, transfer, lease, offer as bond, mortgage, to create shares and transfer them to anyone, the public property removing like this its national - public character and thus depriving  form the Greek people its property.

  4) As Greek citizens, we warn any buyer – tenant that when  the People will become the boss at its own country, anything sold, or leased, granted, signed over  by any means, privatized, offered as bond or mortgaged ,will again become national property, and to the detriment of the signatories  with the Government and the Asset Development Fund . We invite everyone interested to not come to any agreement with any of those who allegedly represent us and whose actions are deemed CRIMINAL AND TREACHEROUS to our People and Nation and we report them from now as void and false.
