Samaras Says Hydrocarbon Eploration Procedures To Be Beefed Up

Prime Minister Antonis Samaras on Tuesday announced the speeding up of procedures for hydrocarbon exploration in Greece and the establishment of a Public Company for Hydrocarbons.

In a meeting he chaired at the ministry of Environment, Energy & Climate Change attended by the ministry leadership and experts, the prime minister underlined that the speeding up of the hydrocarbon drilling procedures constitutes a "major comparative and geopolitical advantage for Greece". He also referred to the commitment of the Greek scientists involved, which he called "a prerequisitive for the successful exploitation of the country's natural deposits that can generate wealth".

Samaras noted that the Greek programme will have to be incorporated in the new European energy networks, underlining that it will play an important role in buffering the Greek economy and achieving energy autonomy. He spoke about strategic alliances with international exploration companies, putting an emphasis on the explorations in the Ionian Sea region and south of the island of Crete, and said that tenders are in progress for companies wishing to undertake explorations in Ioannina (western Greece), Katakolo (northwast Peloponnese) and Patraikos Bay (linking the western mainland with the Peloponnese).

According to the prime minister, "The great interest shown by foreign companies in other regions as well is proof of the confidence foreign players have in our country."  (AMNA)

Conspiracy or Truth - Financial War, Riots in Turkey, ECB, Monsanto, Assassinations & Arrests

In his weekly geopolitical review, Benjamin Fulford claims that last week multiple high level sources all confirmed an intensifying battle for control of the global financial system and thus the future of humanity. He notes that in the public sphere this is appearing in the form of riots in Turkey, blockades of the European Central Bank and massive global protests against Monsanto among other things.

Under the surface, says Fulford, there has been a rash of intrigues, arrests, threats and counter-threats. New alliances have also been reached between previously opposing forces, according to multiple high level sources.

In Asia, China, South Korea, Japan and the United States have all agreed on forcing regime change in North Korea, according to a senior Chinese government agent. This was confirmed by a gnostic Illuminati grandmaster and Russian FSB agent who said that Kim Jong-un would have to be removed. The North Koreans, now run by an elderly general, want peace.

In the Middle East, meanwhile, apart from the riots in Turkey and Russian troops in Syria, there were separate assassination attempts in Iran against President Mahmoud Ahmajidenad and his ally Saeed Jalili, according to the Mossad linked site Debka.

There are also 11 members of the One People’s Public Trust, the people behind the so-called galactics pushing for their version of a new financial system on the run from both hitmen and law enforcement agents in Ethiopia, according to a CIA source.

A senior Italian P2 Lodge member says the people in Ethiopia are there in an effort to find the “original Ark of the Covenant.” At least both sides agree that there is some form of high level intrigue going on in Ethiopia of all places. (More to be revealed in next week's post).

Meanwhile, a member of the Dragon family came forth this week to provide some background. According to Fulford, the man who goes by the name Count Albert but insists he is not the fraudulent “Count Albert Zvonko Berdik” sent by the Federal Reserve Board to Hong Kong a while ago. According to him, the Dragon family goes back 3400 years and is headed by a single individual going by the code name M1. He says the Dragon family has now formed an alliance with the Five Star Trust run by the non-Bush part of the CIA.

He also says that China has already started to use new energy technology to turn the desert regions of China green.

In any case, what Count Albert says fits in with claims by Chinese, Russian and British Agents about high level anti-cabal moves around the world.

However, since the White House has made such a ridiculous display of claiming to produce it, please read this over and tell me what you think. 1. Back in 1961 people of color were called "Negroes", so how can the Obama "birth certificate" state he is "African-American" when the term wasn’t even used at that time? The correct term would be “Malado” one black parent, one white parent

2. The birth certificate that the White House released lists Obama’s birth …as August 4, 1961 It lists Barack Hussein Obama as his father. No big deal, right? At the time of Obama’s birth, it also shows that his father is aged 25 years old, and that Obama’s father was born in “Kenya, East Africa”. This wouldn’t seem like anything of concern, except the fact that Kenya did not even exist until 1963, two whole years after Obama’s birth, and 27 years after his father’s birth. How could Obama’s father have been born in a country that did not yet exist? Up and until Kenya was formed in 1963, it was known as the “British East Africa Protectorate”.

3. On the birth certificate released by the White House, the listed place of birth is “Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital”. This cannot be, because the hospital(s) in question in 1961 were called “KauiKeolani Children’s Hospital” and “Kapi’olani Maternity Home”, respectively. The name did not change to Kapi’olani Maternity & Gynecological Hospital until 1978, when these two hospitals merged. How can this particular name of the hospital be on a birth certificate dated 1961 if this name had not yet been applied to it until 1978?

4. Why hasn’t this been discussed in the major media?

Perhaps a clue comes from Obama’s book on his father. He states how proud he is of his father fighting in WW II. I’m not a math genius, so I may need some help from you. Barack Obama’s “birth certificate” says his father was 25 years old in 1961 when he was born. That should have put his father’s date of birth approximately 1936. Now we need a non-revised history book - one that hasn’t been altered to satisfy the author’s goals - to verify that WW II was basically between 1939 and 1945.

Just how many 3 year olds fight in wars?

Even in the latest stages of WW II his father wouldn’t have been more than 9.

Does that mean that Mr. Obama is a liar, or simply chooses to alter the facts to satisfy his imagination or political purposes (still qualifies as a “liar”).

There can be no doubt the United States political system has been destroyed and the only hope for that country lies with the law enforcement agencies and the pentagon. Please, kick the bums out.

Chinese leader Xi Jinping is scheduled to meet Obama later this week in California. No doubt the cabal will offer everything that China wishes in an effort to get the Chinese to continue propping up the bankrupt corporate D.C. government. Several sources claim the cabal will once again offer world rule to the Chinese communist government.

No doubt the Bilderbergers meeting in England just before this summit have put high hopes on a Chinese/Sabbatean cabal alliance to rule the world.

However, the Russians, Indians and Japanese, who all share borders with China, have already formed military alliances and are making it very clear that they are not going to go along with cabal plans to offer world control to China. The Chinese also are smart enough to know the cabal will only lift them up until they get a chance to betray them.

The situation in the Middle East is also quickly spinning out of cabal control. The riots in Turkey were about Turkish government support for Bush faction Al CIAda terrorists in Syria using chemical weapons like Sarin gas and not about some shopping mall. Russian troops are on the ground in Syria to prevent the Nazi/Muslim brotherhood takeover and to ensure that Israel does not set off any more nuclear bombs.

Overall, what we are witnessing is chaos as the old cabal power structures continue to unravel. It will be a confusing time. In any case, expect more turbulence in the coming weeks as battles continue between agents on the ground, armies on the march and protestors on the streets.

As usual there is a lot we cannot report but you will notice more and more senior cabal members vanishing from public view over the coming weeks. There is nowhere either on or off this planet for them to hide and surrender is their only option.

Checking out the story on the web, we discovered that scientists suspect that melting ice has tilted the North Pole toward Greenland.

Global warming is changing the location of Earth’s geographic poles, according to a new study in Geophysical Research Letters. Researchers at the University of Texas, Austin, report that increased melting of the Greenland ice sheet - and to a lesser degree, ice loss in other parts of the globe - helped to shift the North Pole several centimeters east each year since 2005.

Believe It - Drinking Baking Soda Can Fight & Even Eliminate Some Forms Of Cancer! (VIDEO)

Drinking baking soda has been proven to reduce or eliminate the spread of breast cancer to the lungs, brain and bone. Some even say that it can stave off colds and flu, and even treat radiation poisoning! Keep in mind that too much of it can also damage normal organs!

Believe it or not, something as inexpensive as baking soda will outperform the most expensive pharmaceuticals. Across a wide range of disorders, including cancer and diabetes, conclusive evidence and plenty of theoretical backing suggests that good old fashioned baking soda is not only great in making our cakes rise, whitening our teeth, and freshening our refrigerators it is also a front line universal medicine that should be use by all of us for a broad range of disorders.

The medical world is also interested in the effectiveness of baking soda and the cancer industry is no exception, that is why they are starting to do some serious research about its benefits. Even the Mayo Clinic has confirmed this, but they were not the first to do so, there have been many experts who already recognize that cancer and fungal infections have many similarities.

More precisely, two medical pioneers, or Mark Sircus, Ac., OMD and Dr. Simonchini, an oncologist in Rome, have conducted compelling research on the potential of baking soda and cancer treatment. Their groundbreaking work is based the hypothesis that fungal infections and cancer proliferation are connected, and that stopping the fungus can stop the cancer.

All cancer sufferers and in fact every chronic disease patient should hold clearly in mind that pH is the regulatory authority that controls most cellular processes. The pH balance of the human bloodstream is recognized by medical physiology texts as one of the most important biochemical balances in all of human body chemistry. pH is the acronym for "Potential Hydrogen". In definition, it is the degree of concentration of hydrogen ions in a substance or solution. It is measured on a logarithmic scale from 0 to 14. Higher numbers mean a substance is more alkaline in nature and there is a greater potential for absorbing more hydrogen ions. Lower numbers indicate more acidity with less potential for absorbing hydrogen ions.
Our body pH is very important because pH controls the speed of our body's biochemical reactions. It does this by controlling the speed of enzyme activity as well as the speed that electricity moves through our body; the higher (more alkaline) the pH of a substance or solution, the more electrical resistance that substance or solution holds. Therefore, electricity travels slower with higher pH. If we say something has an acid pH, we are saying it is hot and fast. Alkaline pH on the other hand, bio-chemically speaking, is slow and cool.
Body ph level changes are intense in the profundity of their biological effects. Even genes directly experience external pH. pH differentially regulates a large number of proteins. Increased oxidative stress, which correlates almost exponentially with ph changes into the acidic, is especially dangerous to the mitochondria, which suffer the greatest under oxidative duress. Epigenetics, which may now have begun eclipsing traditional genetics, commonly describes how factors such as diet and smoking, rather than inheritance influence how genes behave.
The following chapter comes after 100 pages of text in the Yeast and Fungi Invaders section of the Winning the War on Cancer book. Please note that sodium bicarbonate taken in water alone will have a powerful effect on entire body physiology because of the instant shift into alkaline pH levels. Bicarbonate can be taken frequently throughout the day with half teaspoons amounts though for long term use lower doses are safer. For cancer patients initial use should be heavy and frequent to force a greater shift because smaller pH shifts can actually stimulate cancer growth.
 The bicarbonate maple syrup (Molasses as an alternative to maple syrup detailed later in this article ) cancer treatment focuses on delivering natural chemotherapy in a way that effectively kills cancer cells but significantly reduces the brutal side effects experienced with most standard chemotherapy treatments. In fact so great is the reduction that the dangers are brought down to zero. Costs, which are a factor for the majority of people, of this particular treatment are nil. Though this cancer treatment is very inexpensive, do not assume it is not effective. The bicarbonate maple syrup cancer treatment is a very significant cancer treatment every cancer patient should be familiar with and it can easily be combined with other safe and effective natural treatments.
This cancer treatment is similar in principle to Insulin Potentiation Therapy (IPT). IPT treatment consists of giving doses of insulin to a fasting patient sufficient to lower blood sugar into the 50 mg/dl. In a normal person, when you take in sugar the insulin levels go up to meet the need of getting that sugar into the cells. In IPT they are artificially injecting insulin to deplete the blood of all sugar then injecting the lower doses of toxic chemo drugs when the blood sugar is driven down to the lowest possible value. During the low peak, it is said that the receptors are more sensitive and take on medications more rapidly and in higher amounts.
The bicarbonate maple syrup treatment works in reverse to IPT. Dr. Tullio Simoncini acknowledges that cancer cells gobbles up sugar so when you encourage the intake of sugar it’s like sending in a Trojan horse. The sugar is not going to end up encouraging the further growth of the cancer colonies because the baking soda is going to kill the cells before they have a chance to grow. Instead of artificially manipulating insulin and thus forcefully driving down blood sugar levels to then inject toxic chemo agents we combine the sugar with the bicarbonate and present it to the cancer cells, which at first are going to love the present. But not for long!
This treatment is a combination of pure, 100% maple syrup and baking soda and was first reported on the Cancer Tutor site. When mixed and heated together, the maple syrup and baking soda bind together. The maple syrup targets cancer cells (which consume 15 times more glucose than normal cells) and the baking soda, which is dragged into the cancer cell by the maple syrup, being very alkaline forces a rapid shift in pH killing the cell. The actual formula is to mix one part baking soda with three parts (pure, 100%) maple syrup in a small saucepan. Stir briskly and heat the mixture for 5 minutes. Take 1 teaspoon daily, is what is suggested by Cancer Tutor but one could probably do this several times a day.
'There is not a tumor on God’s green earth that cannot be licked with a little baking soda and maple syrup. That is the astonishing claim of controversial folk healer Jim Kelmun who says that this simple home remedy can stop and reverse the deadly growth of cancers. His loyal patients swear by the man they fondly call Dr. Jim and say he is a miracle worker. 'Dr. Jim cured me of lung cancer,' said farmer Ian Roadhouse. 'Those other doctors told me that I was a goner and had less then six months to live. But the doc put me on his mixture and in a couple of months the cancer was gone. It did not even show up on the x-rays.'
When combined with other safe and effective treatments like transdermal magnesium therapy, iodine, vitamin C, probiotics and other items like plenty of good sun exposure, pure water and clay treatments we should expect even higher remission rates.
It is very important not to use baking soda which has had aluminum added to it. The Cancer Tutor site reports that Arm and Hammer does have aluminum but the company insists that is not true. One can buy a product which specifically states it does not include aluminum or other chemicals. Sodium bicarbonate is safe, extremely inexpensive and unstoppably effective when it comes to cancer tissues. It’s an irresistible chemical, cyanide to cancer cells for it hits the cancer cells with a shock wave of alkalinity, which allows much more oxygen into the cancer cells than they can tolerate. Cancer cells cannot survive in the presence of high levels of oxygen. Studies have already shown how manipulation of tumor pH with sodium bicarbonate enhances some forms of chemotherapy.
The therapeutic treatment of bicarbonate salts can be administered orally, through aerosol, intravenously and through catheter for direct targeting of tumors," says oncologist Dr. Tullio Simoncini. Sodium bicarbonate administered orally, via aerosol or intravenously can achieve positive results only in some tumors, while others - such as the serious ones of the brain or the bones - remain unaffected by the treatment.
The maple syrup apparently enables and increases penetration of bicarbonate into all compartments of body, even those which are difficult or impossible to penetrate by other means. These compartments include the central nervous system (CNS), through the blood-brain barrier, joints, solid tumors, and perhaps even the eyes. IPT makes cell membranes more permeable, and increases uptake of drugs into cells. The maple syrup will make tissues more permeable, too. It will transport the bicarbonate across the blood-brain barrier and every other barrier in the body for sugar is universally needed by all cells in the body. The essence of IPT is that it allows cancer drugs to be given in a smaller dose, far less toxic to normal cells, while building up lethally toxic concentrations in cancer cells. Both IPT and bicarbonate maple syrup treatments use the rabid growth mechanisms of the cancer cell against them.
Dr. Jim did not have contact with Dr. Simoncini and did not know that he is the only oncologist in the world who would sustain the combining of sugar with bicarbonate. Dr. Simoncini always directs his patients to dramatically increase sugar intake with his treatments but has never thought to mix the two directly by cooking them together. Because his treatments depend on interventionist radiologists who insert catheters to direct the bicarbonate as close to the affected area as possible, or physicians willing to do expensive intravenous treatments, I pushed bicarbonate up into the number six slot in the IMVA cancer protocol. With the discovery of Dr. Jim’s work bicarbonate comes back into our number three spot right behind magnesium chloride and iodine.
That number three slot for a brief time was held by hemp oil containing THC. The great advantage that maple syrup and bicarbonate treatment has over this type hemp oil is that it is legal thus easily obtainable. The two together, backed by a solid protocol of other nutritional substances makes winning the war on cancer almost a certainty. When using these substances it is safer to change one’s vocabulary and not say one is treating and curing cancer. Far better to conceptualize that one is treating the infectious aspect of cancer, the fungus and yeast colonies and the yeast like bacteria that are the cause of TB.
Dr. Simoncini says that, "In some cases, the aggressive power of fungi is so great as to allow it, with only a cellular ring made up of three units, to tighten in its grip, capture and kill its prey in a short time notwithstanding the prey's desperate struggling. Fungus, which is the most powerful and the most organized micro-organism known, seems to be an extremely logical candidate as a cause of neoplastic proliferation."
The pH of the blood is the most important factor to determine the state of the microorganisms in the blood.
"Sodium bicarbonate therapy is harmless, fast and effective because it is extremely diffusible. A therapy with bicarbonate for cancer should be set up with strong dosage, continuously, and with pause less cycles in a destruction work which should proceed from the beginning to the end without interruption for at least 7-8 days. In general a mass of 2-3-4 centimeters will begin to consistently regress from the third to the fourth day, and collapses from the fourth to the fifth," says Dr Simoncini.
There are many ways to use sodium bicarbonate and it is a universal drug like iodine and magnesium chloride. Raising pH increases the immune system's ability to kill bacteria, concludes a study conducted at The Royal Free Hospital and School of Medicine in London. Viruses and bacteria that cause bronchitis and colds thrive in an acidic environment. To fight a respiratory infection and dampen symptoms such as a runny nose and sore throat, taking an alkalizing mixture of sodium bicarbonate and potassium bicarbonate will certainly help.
The apple cider vinegar 1/4 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda taken 2 times or more a day is another treatment as is lemon and baking soda, or lime and baking soda formulas. Perhaps honey could be substituted for maple syrup for those who live in parts of the world where maple syrup is not available but to my knowledge no one has experimented with this." Book Sodium Bicarbonate-Rich Man's Poor Man's Cancer Treatment

The great question when considering the oral intake of bicarbonate is whether or not to take it with maple syrup, molasses, honey or even with lemon. (My personal choice would be with Molasses, as you can see from the book  Crude Black Molasses by Cyril Scott that Molasses used as a sole therapeutic agent has been successful with some individuals in resolving their tumours. We also know that molasses has such a concentration of all the minerals and trace elements, that it will provide a broad-spectrum mineral/alkalising support to work well with the sodium rich bicarbonate ed.)

Bill Henderson author of cancer free, Your Guide to Gentle, Non Toxic Healing mixes 3 parts grade 3 maple syrup with one part baking soda and heats the mixture for a couple of minutes on the stove. As soon as the baking soda foams up, he takes it off. He keeps it in the fridge and twice a day stirs it up (it settles) and eats one teaspoon. There follows an extract for the same chapter giving an example of how Sodium bicarbonate can be combined with molasses in the treatment of Bone cancer. As Bicarbonate is not specific to any particular cancer and as bone cancer is usually regarded as the most difficult, serious and usually end stage cancer it is a good example....

     "My first PSA test registered 22.3 and my doctors made appointments for a biopsy. The biopsy report indicated that I did indeed have prostrate cancer. This called for the next step-a bone scan. The report from this scan as well as a pelvic Cat scan is where the doctors decided I was afflicted with aggressive prostrate cancer dated March 17, 2008 reviewed CT and Bone scan. Bone scan showed metastatic  disease at R sacrum and L illiac wing" So they patted me on the back and told me I had aggressive prostate cancer that had spread to the bone.
A second opinion from another oncologist gave me this report " Ancillary studies: these are largely mentioned in the history of the present illness. The pathology confirms the presence of Prostate carcinoma of high grade. The T stage three, but without obvious invasion into the seminal vesicles on CT scan. The radionuclide bone scan and plain films confirm the presence of skeletal metastasis, in the sacrum and left illium. In addition, on review of the CT scan of the pelvis, a number of other small sclerotic lesions are noted within the pelvis. Pre-treatment PSA was 22 but decreased to 5.88 after institution of finasteride and Casodex.
He went on to discuss probable and improbable treatments. What he basically said is that there are none. In fact he even mentioned he found even more spots that the first team of doctors missed. I was becoming used to the fact that I was a walking dead man. I was anxious to try Caesium chloride treatments but my order got lost in the mail. That is when I decided to do baking soda therapy except that I decided to add blackstrap molasses as the carrier. I started 2nd June 2008 and quit 12th June 2008. I quit because I was scheduled for another bone scan on 13th June 2008.
On the way to this test I was hoping for hope. I don't know why I was hoping, because all my research indicated that once cancer got into the bones you are toast. Anyway I got bone scanned and waited for the report. The report arrived in the mail a few days later. I was nervous and did not want to open it. As a matter of fact I am crying right now just thinking about it. I finally opened it to these words:
'No convincing evidence of an osseous metastatic process'
I bawled like a baby
Two days later I got another report in the mail about my blood tests: PSA is now 0.1... that is zero point one!
My son, by turning me on to adjusting the bodies pH from acidic to alkaline as a possible way to create some hope, was a good hit. Arm and Hammer to the rescue!
I am sure many people are interested to know what proportions of baking soda to molasses I used. I started out with one teaspoon of baking soda with one teaspoon of black strap molasses to one cup of water. Not warmed or heated water, just room temperature. (I see no reason not to dissolve the molasses first in hot water then add the bicarbed) Next day same thing, Third day-same thing, Forth day-same thing I am feeling fine and decide to up the dose.
On the fifth day I started taking the solution twice a day. I also started taking better notes and finally got some pH papers and sticks so I could measure my pH. My goal was to get to 8.0 or 8.5 pH and hold it for 4 or 5 days. I read that cancer cells become dormant at pH 7 and kills them dead at pH 8.0 and 8.5  (note both saliva and urine pH must be taken into consideration as saliva pH can at times completely fail to reflect blood pH ed.) That was my goal. To kill them dead and hoping the bone cancer was a willing victim.
My pH measured 7.0 on the 4th day when I did a saliva pH and 7.5 when I did a urine test.
Day 6 - still 2 teaspoons of baking soda with 2 teaspoons of molasses and 1 cup of water twice a day. (No mention in the article of when he upped from one to two teaspoons Bicarb per dose, but the essential thing to consider is that this became his regular dose, and the reason for starting low and building up was a confidence building exercise, one could always start at 2 teaspoons baking soda per dose ed.) The pH measured 7.25. Am I getting symptoms?, yes I am feeling a little nausea. Not much, but a little queasy. My stool has a yellowish tinge.
Day 7 - First dose was 3 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon Molasses. Got a little nervous so second dose was back to 2 teaspoons baking soda.
Day 8 - Two teaspoons baking soda with 2 teaspoons molasses three times over day-I want to get the ph up
Day 9 - a little diarrhoea, but not much, I am feeling a little weak, but again not much, Later as I thought back it would have been a good idea to up my potassium intake. Out of 5 ph readings taken over the day 4 were over 8 (7.75 8.25, 8.5, 8.75, 8.5) Felt oxygen euphoria throughout the day. Like my body was breathing pure oxygen.
(Note the more alkaline the tissues the more oxygen seems to act, but high pH such as these cannot be maintained for weeks, as a dangerous state of alkalosis would be reached ed)
Day10 - My headache is more persistent and I am having body sweats at night. Again the sweats duplicate caesium symptoms (An extremely alkali mineral salt that has been used in cancer therapy for the same reasons as sodium Bicarbonate ed) I cut back this day to a solution twice a day (2 teaspoons sodium bicarb and 2 teaspoons molasses twice over the day) all 4 pH readings taken over the day are in the mid 8's
Day 11 - my last day before I am scheduled for the big test. The body scan, that is, to check on the condition on my bones to see what is going on with the cancer. Dropped back to 1 1/2  teaspoons backing soda and molasses twice today  to see if it would control my headache ...more diarrhoea with slight yellow tinge, cutting back because I felt like it, felt I was overloading. I probably would not have dropped back if I was not going to have a body scan tomorrow ph ranged from 8.35 to 7.25 over the day."

General Sodium Bicarbonate Dose Instructions and cautions.
(note completely non-toxic at the doses advised, as the body uses/produces sodium Bicarbonate in its daily activities, but like salt and water too little or too much and eventually we die.)

Sodium Bicarbonate can be used orally in doses of 1/2 a teaspoon in 4 onz. water every two hours for pain relief as well as gastrointestinal upset, not to exceed 7 doses per day. That's basically the receipt on every box of baking soda sold in every supermarket in the US.

Here are the exact instructions for use of the oral use which is written on some baking soda packages.

Directions: Add half a teaspoon to 1/2 glass (4onz) of water every 2 hours or as directed by a physician. Dissolve completely in water. Accurately measure 1/2 a teaspoon. Do not take more that the following amounts in 24 hours: 7 1/2 teaspoons. Three half teaspoons if you are over 60 years. Do not use the maximum dosage for more than two weeks

pH Papers - These should be for the range covering 5 or 5.5 to 9 and preferably graduated in 1/2 pH divisions of colour recognition.

After treatment - Once you have undertaken a course of intensive Bicarb treatment a good example being the above one. It is sensible to keep an eye on ones pH. It is probalby a very good practice too keep taking molasses on its own twice a day on a more or less permanent basis to keep up the alkaline minerals in the body, and if pH slips too low i.e below 6.5 on a consistent basis (urine)  introduce some bicarb again e.g. one teaspoon daily until pH comes up.

Although there is no controversy to the virtue of raising pH for a week or two into the 8's in dealing with a serious-life threatening condition, regular long term pH levels are a matter of controversy and also not at all straight forward to understand, as there are compensatory mechanisms that can lead to eg saliva pH sowing as highly alkaline, when in fact the blood is not. Generally pH readings are more acid first thing in the day. One expert in studying pH and Health is Dr. Reams. Perhaps surprisingly he recommends that the most  healthy pH to aim for, for the urine and Saliva (saliva tests must only be done when there is no trace of food or drink in the mouth and some time after eating) is 6.5, whereas the popular health advice is around 7. I have known of chronically sick people that have a saliva pH of  around 7.5.

Clinical research by Dr M T Morter (Arkansas, USA) has shown that if the anabolic urinary and salivary pH (measured immediately upon awakening) is below 6.8, we can be relatively certain that digestive support must be provided. Controlled clinical studies by Dr Paul Yanick (Pasadena, USA) have confirmed Dr Morter's findings and recorded that intracellular assimilation of nutrients is significantly decreased when the anabolic pH is below 6.8.
