Gov't Challenges Critics to Manage State hospitals for Free

Frustrated with the wave of negative reports, Health Minister Andreas Lykourentzos literally challenged government critics to work in management positions at state-run hospitals for free. He said that there are 87 available positions and the deadline for applications is March 27.

Striking at those "critics" who are presently earning generous salaries in management positions in the private sector, the Minister said that they should stop criticizing the state of affairs in the public sector and contribute their expertise instead.
“Any important manager out there in the market who wants to help their country at this difficult time should come and take an unpaid job instead of criticizing.”
