Piblic Mass transit employees are planning to stage a 24-hour strike on Wednesday and Thursday in protest of their imminent incorporation into the single wage scale. Many public employees claim that several restructurings in urban transport have had their toll on their line of work, or up to 48 percent of their revenues, and in the event that they are fully incorporated into the single salary scale, they are going to suffer further cuts.

Here are the schedules:

The Athens metro, ISAP electric train and tram are not going to operate on Thursday due to the strike, while on Wednesday the workers are planning to hold a work stoppage from the beginning of the morning shift to 9:00 a.m.

On the other, the Hellenic Railway (OSE) and Proastiakos suburban railway is also going to come to a standstill on Wednesday and Thursday, due to a 48-hour strike called by their employees.
