PROVOCATION - Davutoglu Leaves And Turkish Warships Sail By Evia!

The Turkish government is continuing to provoke the sentiment of the Greek people. A new provocation was recorded at the weekend when a Turkish warship illegally entered Greek territorial waters only a few days after the statements made by Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on a "free Aegean". According to an announcement from the Hellenic Armed Forces, and more specifically the General Staff, the Turkish corvette "BAFRA" (from the port of Izmir), entered Greek territorial waters at 19:00 on October 13 and made its way alll the way to Spatial, Evia. The warship then moved between Andros, Kea and Kythnos and began heading southwest at about 22:00  the same evening. The frigate then set sail for international waters west of the island of Milos, and northwest of and southeast of Crete, and on Monday morning the ship was spotted near the limits of Athens' FIR.
