An incredible report was revealed late on Monday night on the "Apokaliptiko Deltio" (broadcasted on EXTRA channel) which claimed that one of the guns used in the killings in Ayia Napa, Cyprus last week, has been identified to have also been used in the bloody murder of Socrates Giolias in 2010. Golias was the first blog reporter that was assassinated on July 19, 2010 with 16 bullets while exiting his home. He initiated the troktiko blog which was the #1 news site in Greece (among both blogs and mainstream sources) and people recognized it as a defacto news hub. Right after his murder the military defence sity defencenet had posted something very interesting. The report claimed that Golias was the first in a guerrilla warfare between the mainstream media and the rogue-guerrilla blogs/sites. Golias did the unthinkable in creating a site which not only trounced the newspapers and websites, but also directly competed with TV - even despite the handicap of a country with low broadband penetration and PC use and as we all can see he paid a steep price for this. No one knows the truth, or who killed this reporter, but zooming to 2012, an exclusive report on planet-greece had said one day before the video report on EXTRA that Greece's counter-terrorism unit believes that there is more that meets the eye with the two suspects arrested for the five murders on Cyprus.
