The news over the sexual abuse of a 15-year old girl whose father was forced to watch the raping at gunpoint, has not only shocked the city of Arta, in Ioannia, but all of Greece. According to a local television news reports, four men (believed to be illegal immigrants from Albania said to be involved in the illegal narcotics trade), broke into the young girl's home at midnight for no apparent reason and began to immediately attack the father. Once they had him at gunpoint, they then raped the young girl in front of her father. The suspects, according to the report, then grabbed a hunting rifle from the home and after finding a mere 70 euros, some food and drinks, they disappeared. The police is steadily on their trail, but no arrests have yet to be made. The poor girl and her father, who are suffering from shock, are presently being treated at the Arta Hospital.
