Hooligans, anarchists and members from the Coalition of the Radical Left (SYRIZA's) youth movement on Monday morning attacked and terrorized students at the Aristotle University in Thessaloniki. This was another attempt by the SYRIZA youth to try and stop the current student elections. A report on Taxalia said that the primary reason for the brutal attack was because the leftist party was losing ground with student voters and therefore they used anarchist groups to terrorize students into cancelling the election procedure.
