Unprecedented Storms Sweep Across Greece Again!

It looks like the weather will once again deteriorate on Monday, with northwest regions of the country expected to be affected first.

According to press reports, a sharp drop in temperature, heavy rain storms, strong winds and very heavy snowfall will take their toll on many mountainous regions in Greece and will eventually begin to spread throughout the country by Monday night.

The mountainous regions in central and northern areas of Greece are likely to see the most snow.

On Tuesday the windy and stormy weather will once again make its way to the Cyclades, the island of Crete, the Dodecanese and the Eastern Aegean.

The good news is that this new polar front will begin subsiding by Wednesday.
