In a statement that was released on Sunday, and while commenting on political developments, SYRIZA said that the government has been left alone to defend the memorandum when the EU Parliament adopts a negative stance against the troika and the impasses of the neoliberal policy.
SYRIZA also accused Prime Minister Antonis Samaras for not using the Greek EU Presidency for the benefit of the country.
"The prime minister has understood that despite his effort to present himself as 'savior of the country', he can not convince anyone, and day by day, he gets isolated both politically and socially, while Greeks increasingly recognize SYRIZA as a reliable alternative for a fair exit from the crisis," it concludes.
