Greece's coalition government survived a no-confidence vote in parliament late on Sunday night. The motion was introduced by main opposition SYRIZA party last Thursday over the government's handling of former state broadcaster ERT.

Ahead of the vote several thousand anti-austerity protesters demonstrated outside of parliament at Syntagma Square, following a call by SYRIZA.
