Hellenic American Chamber of Commerce president Yiannos Grammatidis recently expressed his satisfaction over the announcement by Development Minister Costis Hatzidakis regarding the merger between the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board and Invest in Greece as well as the operational accession of the Foreign ministry's financial advisors to the Development ministry.
"We hail the government's decision as a big and substantive step in the direction of growth. At last, the case of the management of the state's development actions is being faced in a systematic and rational way. The merger between the Hellenic Foreign Trade Board (HEPO) and Invest in Greece and the operational accession of the Foreign ministry's financial advisors to the Development ministry creates a big firepower in the country's struggle for extroversion and the attraction of investments".
