Papandreou Changes Tactics: Tells Boston Students Greeks Are not Lazy

Up until a few weeks ago George Papandreou continued to call Greeks lazy and worthless.  After being highly criticized by the majority of Greeks WORLDWIDE for this statement, this old chap decided to change his tactics and he is now trying to convince the world that Greeks are not lazy but are the "hardest working workers in the world".

Excuse us, but didn't he know this when he made the remarks in the first place?

Of course he did... but we suspect that he wants to get back into the political game, and he is desperately trying to build up his reputation with the Greek people again.

Yeah... nice try!

If the authors of HellasFrappe do not post any articles on Tuesday, you will know its because of a Valium overdose, because after this statement, only sedatives can calm our hysteria.

December 17, 2012- Former Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou, a sitting Member of Parliament while he teaches a course at Harvard, visited students at the well-known private all-male school Roxbury Latin in Boston to tell them he believes Greece will return to prosperity and tried to dash stereotypes that Greeks were just sitting around in the sun and not working.
