Christina Levendi had a vision and it was to help the needy children of Greece and being a young woman of integrity, she decided to hold a charity function at her community center and was successful in massing 80,000 dollars! According to press reports Christina now plans to donate this money to the "Make a Wish Foundation" in Greece, which is a branch of the "Make a Wish International Foundation". Christina, who is a senior student at the Tenafly Highschool, enlisted the help of her schoolmates and organized an event last Sunday at the community center of Saint Trinity Cathedral in Manhattan. Her commitment and passion to help needy children in Greece motivated her to send out hundreds of emails to spread the news of the event, while her telephone never stopped either. Bravo kopela mou. Here is an idea, why not hold an event to raise funds for HellasFrappe after all we are trying to help all of you re-familiarize yourselves with Greece again. Kidding of course...
