SHOCK - Albania's Chams Want To Buy Greek Islands!

The he Albanian press featured an article on Thursday claiming that the radical President of the Cham Party (PDIU), Shpetim Idrizi, urged the Albanian Foreign Minister, Edmond Panaritis, who is scheduled to visit Athens, to bring a delegation of businessmen from Albania with him so that they can go shopping for Greek islands! Idrizi's party is currently cooperating with Sali Berisha's  Democratic Party of Albania (PD).

It must be reiterated that this party is radical nationalist party. The Cham Albanians, or Tsamides, are a sub-group of Albanians who have their own peculiar cultural identity and who during the second world war (1941–1944) actively collaborated with the occupation forces against Greece. Today, and after building very strong ties with Turkey, they are claiming that half of Greece belongs to them!

In all reality he is just another "puppet" by Ankara that is being used to carve out Greek-Albanian territorial waters. According to him, Panaratis admitted that there are talks with Athens on this subject, but that they are ongoing. That is why he came out with a provocative statement ahead of the meeting, which is ... quite suspicious (but expected).

It says: "I do not want to impose my opinion, but Albanian entrepreneurs are prepared to buy some Greek islands. This scenario is "more acceptable" to Greek citizens. They say they are ready to unite with Albania, instead of allowing the islands to be purchased from Turkey."

Editor's Note - Tragic....
