Apostolaki Becomes Independent, 2 more PASOK MPs Rumoured To Follow Suit

PASOK MP Milena Apostolaki announced her withdrawal from the socialist parliamentary group and declared herself an independent over the issue of the referendum, a parliamentary official said. The move reduces Prime Minister George Papandreou's majority to 152 seats out of 300 MPs ahead of Friday's crucial vote of confidence.

Just a little after this news was released reports started to flood many Greek blogs that a similar move was expressed by Tonia Antoniou and Eva Kaili.

If Kaili declares herself independent and the news is confirmed then the PASOK government has to head for national elections immediately!
