A 21-year-old man was stabbed to death during an overnight clash between rival soccer fans in Herakleio, Crete, police officials said. Two other youths, aged 19 and 21, were apparently hospitalized with stab wounds that are not life-threatening. Officials said that the clashes began early Monday morning between fans of Cretan top division club OFI and Irodotos, a small local team. Four youths were arrested in connection with the clashes and another two have been detained for questioning.
