Arsonists place explosive device at Microsoft offices in Marousi

The central offices of American tech giant Microsoft, on Kifisias Avenue in Marousi (northern Athens), were targeted by arsonists for the second time in three years (The previous arson attack was carried out in June 2012.). According to reports, the attack was carried out at about 3:45am on Monday morning, with an explosive device constructed from two gas canisters. The same reports maintain that the explosive device caused a small fire and luckily only minor damages. Authorities dispatched six firefighters and two vehicles right away to extinguish the fire.
