Police officials on Tuesday announced that they located the hideout of convicted terrorist Nikos Maziotis' accomplices. The hideout is an apartment in Patissia, which is a district located in central Athens.
One report in ProtoThema said that authorities had pinpointed the location of the hideout several days ago, and since then the apartment was under constant police surveillance to see if there was any movement there by other suspects. But, when officials realized that no one would visit the apartment, -especially Maziotis' wife who is also wanted- they decided to enter the premises.
A thorough investigation is still underway. No further details on the case have been released as of yet.
