According to reports, the new hotel complex is going to be fully operational by 2017 and is expected to include a new hotel unit ad well as holiday villas for sale. The Grace Kalamata hotel shall be located in the outskirts of the southern city and will have 125 luxury rooms and suites as well as 40 three, four and five-bedroom villas.
Grace Hotels is part of LibraGroup, an international business group owned by Logothetis family. The group opened its first hotel in Cyclades in 2007 and since then it has expanded its operations in Northern America, Asia, South America and Northern Africa.
