Supreme Court Prosecutor Efterpi Goutzamani on Monday ordered disciplinary action against two prosecutors who were part of the prison councils that granted seven leaves to November 17 terrorist -and now wanted fugitive- Christodoulos Xiros.
The prosecutors now face charges of gross negligence in the performance of their duties, and their fate will be determined after a Supreme Court disciplinary council meeting.
The prosecutors are also charged of not properly investigating Xiros’ privileged treatment in prison.
