Efterpi Koutzamani - First Female Supreme Court Prosecutor In Greece

Efterpi Koutzamani made history this week when she was appointed as Greece's first female prosecutor at the Supreme Court. Following the appointment, she said she was honored to have been selected for the highest post in the hierarchy of the prosecution.

     "I am fully aware that I am taking the reins... in an exceptionally difficult period,” she said in a statement.
