The Hellenic Food Authority (EFET) on Tuesday issued a press release warning consumers to stay away from "7 Days Cereal Bars" because they were contaminated with insects. These cereal bars with chocolate bits come in packages of eight pieces (6 +2 bonus), 200 grams (8 × 25 g), and are available on the Greek market from CHIPITA SA. More exactly, consumers are advised to check the outer packaging and look for the dates that contain the dates "best before 18/10/12 and code 21:48 YY" - and then double check the inner packaging for dates that say "best before 18/10/12 and code C120520030". If you do have such merchandise in your pantries then EFET suggests that you should immediately throw it away.
