The son of Golden Dawn candidate for Crete, Stavros Karefyllakis, apparently fell victim to a death ambush by several individuals who did not hesitate to even threaten him with a knife. Reports said that the victim was viciously attacked a couple of days ago in Herakleion Crete by a gang of 10 perpetrators that were carrying knives and knuckledusters.
According to police reports, shortly before midnight about 10 strangers approached the 26-year old victim and then six began to brutally beat him while they also attempted to inflict knife wounds in him at the same time. Most of the perpetrators had their faces covered with masks and after brutally attacking him, they also demolished the victim's automobile.
When they fled the scene, the victim took note of their licence plates and when the police arrived it was easier to begin hunting them down.
One day later, a 29 year old -who was identified by the victim as being one of the perpetrators (who was not wearing a protective mask). Reports said that authorities arrested him right away since they recognize this individual who they claim is a supporter of various anarchist groups.
