A conference dedicated to Greece's Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) is scheduled to be held on Saturday November 12, 2011 at the Conference Center in Athens (located on Syggroy Boulevard). The event, which is open to the public, will include the participation of Professor Theodore Karioti, Solon Kassinis who is the Director of the Cyprus Energy Department of Commerce, Industry and Tourism and the man behind the vision that created Cyrpus into a global energy hub and also well known geostrategic analyst Nikos Lygeros.
The event is being organized by the Head of the main opposition party of the Attika prefeceture, under its leader Vassilis Kikilias.
It will also be the first time that Solon Kassinis will speak publicly to Greek citizens about the events that led towards changing the geostrategic map of the Eastern Mediterranean which now allows Cyprus to enjoy strong relations and be on the goodwill of the US, Russia, France and Israel!
It is not by chance that ND leader Antonis Samaras said several days ago in Parliament that once his party gains power, it will immediately recognize Greece's EEZ.
